Direct Care Staff, Day Program Coordinator, and Assistant Administrator: I began with the company as a Direct Care Staff member. As such, I was responsible for day to day care of clients. I became the Day Program Coordinator, where I lead staff for the day to day activities that are outside of just basic care. I organized functions and activities both inside the care center and in the local community that were designed to enhance the client’s livelihood. I also scheduled and provided transportation for each of these events. As an Assistant Administrator, I became responsible for scheduling staff hours and scheduling client’s medical visits. Furthermore, I provided accurate day to day records of the client’s medical needs. I am very professional adhere to ethical principles that reflect the highest standards of organizational and individual behavior. Communication skills are strong, I am comfortable and confident to communicate effectively with all levels of management or customers on the phone or in person. I can multi-task serval things at one time. At my last job I had to demonstrate a high level of administrative competence while preforming staffing as the Customer Care Manager. As the Human Resource person, I had to excel in maintaining effective records and retention program giving proper attention to legal, tax and operating concerns. I had to ensure that the staff kept their credentials all up to date to be in complaints.

Over the years I have had to learn multiple computer systems giving the highest priority to achieve accuracy.
