Be responsible for the integrated coordination of Technical/Operations/EHS/Trading/Planning Managements.

Managing a staff of 5 Managers (direct) and 250 workers (indirect).

To achieve production targets by ensuring safety, quality, quantity of 1.600.000 MTPA of ammonia / Urea.

Actively support and participate in established corporate and facility-based Environment,

Health, and Safety programs, even promoting the SAFESTART program and Process Safety Management.

Led a group of 82 Workers (Operators, Boardman Operators, Production Engineers and Supervisors.)

Coordinate all activities related to operations(comissionings, start-up, shutdown, Turndown, catalyst reduction).

Manage shift personnel including Training on DCS and field operators.

Process Engineering Superintendent.(September 2005- July 2006).

Supervised the Plant Engineering Group (6 engineers) that provided technical support for the Process units and utilities. The support included process design and optimization, process and equipment troubleshooting, catalyst monitoring and replacement, oversight of water treating, start-up assistance, turnaround assistance, plant and equipment performance surveys, project design, and project management and execution.

Led the Project (10 MMUSD) for the Basic /Detailed Engineering/ for a Hydrogen Recovery Unit, Air Products Technology developed in Kristiansand, Norway, November 2004. The Start up of the HRU; this revamp project increased the Annual Ammonia Production in 33000 MT

Led the Technical Reviewing of the Steam Turbines Performance Improvement (Nuovo Pignone, Technology) Florence, Italia, May 2005.

Led the Root Cause analysis for Ammonia converter S-200 failure of center screen, on (Haldor Topsoe) Lingby, Denmark, May 2006.
