EXHIBIT PERSONNEL REGISTRATIONS & HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Please review the information below and with all of your exhibit personnel who will be part of your exhibit team at the 2018 Email Evolution Conference in New Orleans, LA, April 4-6, 2018. Registration:

As part of the turnkey package, Exhibitors receive four (4) conference only registrations and two (2) paid reduced rate conference only registrations. Exhibitor conference registrations include admittance to EEC 2018 sessions, exhibit hall, and meal functions. Wednesday’s Pre-Conference Workshops may be purchased for an additional fee. Please complete all sections of the registration form and send it to DMA Registration no later than March 30, 2018. After March 30, 2018, you will need to register onsite.

All badges will be available for pick up at the EEC 2018 Registration Counter located on the First Floor of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.

Registration Changes, Transfers & Cancellations

If you must transfer or change a registration, please submit your request in writing by March 23, 2018, to EEC 2018 Registration via fax to 212-***-**** or via mail to: Rafael Auli / EEC 2018 Registration, 1333 Broadway, Suite 301, New York, NY 10018.

All transfers and changes must be received by March 23, 2018. After March 23, 2018, all transfers and changes will need to be made onsite. For Exhibitor registrations included with your booth, name changes may be done in the event of a registration cancellation. Please note the above for the deadline to submit registration changes. If you must cancel a paid registration, please submit cancellation in writing to EEC 2018 Registration via fax to 212-***-**** or email to ac6k4z@r.postjobfree.com.

Registrations cancelled on or before March 23, 2018 will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after March 23, 2018, forfeit their registration fee in its entirety. However, you may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations.

Hotel Information

A block of rooms at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside has been set aside for EEC 2018 attendees with conference rates starting at $221 per night*. You may make hotel reservations online via the ‘Hotel’ page on the EEC 2018 website - https://emailevolution.emailexperience.org/hotel/ . To receive the special discounted rate, reservations must be made by March 12, 2018 or until discounted rooms sell out

(whichever comes first).
