Participated in financial strategic planning, prepared budget and forecasts, handled owner’s capital equities accounts, reviewed of budgets vs. actual to ensure accuracy. Developed internal control system, recommended areas for improvement both financial and operational, and established new accounting policies and procedures. Used financial know-how to improve profits and operations, reduced costs, and developed strategies for the company.
Strategically planned with CFO, President & CEO to expand the business; as a result, revenue expanded by 400% and added $25 million in the profit margin during my control.

Managed multi state payroll for over 700 employees, saved 25% of the Payroll expenses by outsourcing to ADP.
Improved in collection process from 60 to 25 days, & increased cash-flow by $6 million.
Recovered a $400,000 over charged taxes by major vendors in the state of FL, GA, & NC.
Reduced overtime expenses of $8 million by analyzing weekly budget matrix, identifying and resolving budget-to-actual discrepancies.

American Food service Corp. (08/2003 – 05/2005)
$300 million privately held beef patties and ground beef producer. Reported to controller and operation manager. Prepared and analyzed month end closing, production cost, labor cost, raw materials cost, freight cost, hourly production rate or cost, and overhead cost. Accumulated and applied overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Directed and implemented a major inventory system (MP2), trained employees to stock reports, and inventory adjustment. Which eliminated inventory loss by 90%.
Analyzed daily reports of production, raw materials, and labor costs which resulted in increasing production capacity, efficiency, and reducing the labor cost of $4 million.
Coordinated with operating divisions & maintained month end closing dead line; and reduced closing from 14-7 days.
