Duties:

Verify and inspect all form, reports and record relating to product returns.

Inspect and reconcile quantity returned with that of the return form documents.

Ensure that transporters bring back the PODs after delivery and made to sign.

Maintain and manage a database of all product return.

Adhere to and comply with corporate standards and procedures in handling returns.

Ensure that all papers related to the return are in order.

Ensure that the products received matches with the data written in the return papers.

Ensure that the product returned is checked and advise the supervisor if it can be sold or

returned to production for recycle.

Follow the health and safety standards.

Ensure that employees report on time for work according to the company rule.

Raise manual goods received voucher for all returns and receipt under warehouse the

same day they are received.

Post the return in Navision system once the goods received voucher are raised.

Document the transfers of returns in manual general movement authority (GMA) to

wheat mill.

Process time card for both casuals and permanent employees.

Ensure to keep proper records of all documents under warehouse that may need to be

providing to auditor at any time.

Record the daily sales/transfers in the analysis book.

Ensure that transport provision report and transfers to the depots are submitted on

Monday or Tuesday after stock taking date.
