•Becoming and maintaining being a qualified shooter in small arms rifles.
•Maintaining certifications in the use of Pepper Spray/Mace; handcuffing and restraint procedures and techniques.
•Checkpoint bag checks and body searches, including metal wands.
•Addressed customer inquiries; interpreted and delivered information; proposed suggestions; provided guidance; identified, investigated and negotiated conflicts.
•Extensive experience interacting with a diverse range of people.
•Being successful in de-escalating situations for the client’s and the public’s safety, addressing domestic violence, violent and life threatening situations, altercations involving diverse groups (social, ethnic and political views).
