One Toronto Gaming is a Partnership formed by Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and Brookfield Business Partners to operate gaming facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. The GTA Bundle is the largest award by the OLG as part of the modernization of its casino operations. My responsibility was to manage the program modernization of the Woodbine Casino, implementing a new GMS (Gamming Management Systems), the scope of my work included: creating the methodology of PMO and program delivery from scratch, develop governance strategy and supervising the supporting architecture/networking, User Acceptance Testing, uphold the procurement and the contractual obligation between ONE Toronto and OLG.

Managing the ‘wireless division - financial reporting applications’ (ASG) providing customer support for corporate financial operational reports and applications, supported by (25) data warehouse professionals.
Two major initiatives during my responsibilities were the incorporation and rationalization of the cable division of Rogers to one unified data warehouse (EBI) result in delivery of 30 major projects annually and about 30 smaller initiatives.
Another major initiative was the conversion migration of newly purchased Fido to Rogers’s data warehouse. The program completed on time and budget, in fact exceeding expectations.
Amdocs/ Certen Bell Canada - Implementation Manager, Canada (2000-2003)
Customer engagement manager, with over all responsibly of the initial implementation scope of the ‘Amdocs billing system’ selected by Bell to replace the existing legacy billing platform. The implementation of Amdocs’ customer care and billing solution designed to supports Bell Mobility integrated strategy for all lines of business. Amdocs and Bell joint ventured with mixed Bell/Amdocs through a new company called “Certen“.

As methods & procedures engineer at Leuni Bank, I was tasked with implementing tools and methodologies to improve customer experience by consolidating information of strategic customers to revenue segments and operational tiers. To support the bank’s direction consolidation and conversion migration of the physical data bases was required. Developing new statistical reports, operational daily quarterly and annually reports. In addition the branches have gone through construction changes to support the new approach.
