July 2008 TO Present :

Working in kapci chemicals and polymers co. as (Senior Electrical Maintenance engineer)

Work description: I am a team leader. My team consists of two engineers and fifteen technicians, from my career contains some tasks as:

- Reporting directly to Engineering Department Manager.

- Technical support for technicians in(LV panel-LV motors-Earth measuring).

- Performing and supervising the plans for Preventive and Corrective maintenance using SAP plant maintenance programme

- Experienced knowledge in HVAC (Air handling units (AHUs) & spilt air conditioners & chiller system) .responsible for installing and maintaining the electrical components in an HVAC system, including all electrical wiring and controls.

- Experienced knowledge in SIEMENS industrial software (Simatic Manager / WinCC / WinCC Flexible).

- Experienced knowledge in SIEMENS industrial hardware (PLC S7-400H, ET 200 and ET200ISP for I/Os, Sirus series low voltage MCC, Sinamics G120 AC drive, PROFIBUS, Industrial Ethernet,fiber optical.

- Experienced knowledge in instrumentation equipments like (Capacitive level sensor, Radar level, Mass flow meter, Viscosity measurement, and Pressure and Temperature sensors).

- Supervising the spare parts status, consumption rate and ordering.

- Performing purchasing orders on SAP system.

- Direct contact with electrical & mechanical suppliers, contractors and authorized dealers.

- Coordination with production, quality control and quality assurance departments for optimizing the maintenance plan timings.
