• Led the identification and development of long-term business relationships and contacts with Department of Air Force decision makers for the company; championed multifunctional teams in developing technical and pricing strategies to win more than $450M in US Air Force contracts in Spain and Turkey; identified over $1B in new pursuits in the Middle East.
• Led efforts to revamp company’s “cradle to grave” process for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new work with the Govt; resulted in new process maps, detailed instructions and “required tasks” checklists for all functional areas; the spin off were more accurate market assessments, greatly reduced amount of wasted time, and much improved resource utilization.
