Job Profile :

Billing and dispensing of medicines.

Co-ordinating with stock auditors.

Inventory Management- Indenting, receiving & maintaining the stock.

Procuring of medicines, surgical & orthopedic items.

Handling inventory of IP, OP, OT, I.C.U,OPD, 3rd floor 4th floor RECOVERY, & OPD Pharmacy.

Co-ordinating with Doctor’s for Pharmacy requirement.

Replacing the Expired drugs.

Controlling of Inventories.

Ensure the availability of stock & minimize the stock.

Vendor management & price negotiations as to maximize profitability.

Updating of data in the system and online operation.

In case any medicines not available and there is no stock, we use to get it from Supplier or outside Pharmacy.

Transfer of stocks in and out of pharmacy other Department.

Stock check monthly, half yearly and compile the stock check.

Indent will come from the ward and Department, in the system will dispatch the Medicines and sent.

Submit the report of non-moving drugs and get the replacement for fast moving drugs.
