Technical Expertise

Provided insight, support, and oversight for the following initiatives:

Secure the Enterprise (STE) – Provided the Agency Director with real-time data to provide to Congress and other oversight officials. Effort impacted the Agency architectural network framework and structure to prevent and mitigate intrusion and harm to US infrastructure.

Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) – initiative enabled broader, more persistent collaboration across government and corporate agency boundaries to provide better intelligence. IC ITE involved the IC and supported the integration of data to be analyzed at an unparalleled speed, catapulting the IC ability to “answer complex questions in a granular fashion.” This effort increased broader communication across the enterprise, mission awareness across the IC and, cultivated external stakeholder relationships.

Interpersonal Skills:

Collaborated with Technical Directors, Office Chief’s and organizational subject matter experts (SME) to provide real-time relevant responses to actions. Doing so, mitigated and helped prevent inundation and duplication of effort. Specifically, high level briefings, video engagement, meetings, and gained knowledge of the plethora of mission complexities.

Global Network Branch Chief: 2012-2015

Cyber Task Force Executive Staff Officer: 2010

Engaged and collaborated with the White House Staff, Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and more than 22 other US government entities, Agencies and Departments.

Facilitated actions for the White House Information and Communication Infrastructure Interagency Policy Committees (ICI-IPC)

Helped establish US policy regarding funding and establishing the Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative that ultimately underpinned the establishment of the nationally structured CYBERCOMMAND Agency to protect national cyber security structure and initiatives.

Incorporated and managed first station-wide Command Community Deconfliction Events Web Calendar. The calendar was a direct request by the Station Commander to provide a tool used to prevent calendar scheduling conflicts regarding visitors, high-level meetings, venues, and site planning.

Created, managed, and designed first Corporate Communications Web Page. Creating the web page communicated mission initiatives and requirements via the Agency web keeping leadership apprised.

Vetted, adjudicated, edited, approved and disseminated site-wide daily and weekly agency-wide announcements including Web Page updates. Relieved an overwhelming workload from the Site Commander’s Staff and ensured the timely receipt of critical information.
