Dear Recruiting,
I am a hard-working go-getter who has a passion for connecting people with technology and solutions with opportunities, all while keeping the day-to-day fun and upbeat. I have accrued nearly 11 years of IT experience focusing on customer experiences and technology solutions in the enterprise environment with a combination of 8 years in the role of a Team Lead or Manager.
Throughout this time, I’ve worked one on one with customers/clients to improve their experiences with technology; managed to audit and reduce significant costs within a $500k/year Information Technology and Security budget, while ensuring progressive movement on project initiatives; project managed company-wide rollouts such as Device Enrollment Program and Mobile Device Management (Jamf), new helpdesk ticketing platform (FreshService) and Intranet, telephony upgrade and vendor replacement (from Asterisk to Five9), and Active Directory with Centrify SSO (Single Sign-On solution), while coordinating with the executive team for resources and budget projections; developed extensive documentation and efficient, yet thorough processes; ordered and serviced all computers, peripherals and other technology (including Apple/Windows/Linux systems); supported audio/visual needs for large-scale events; spearheaded campus moves and extensions with AV and Infrastructure; and managed/lead teams from the beginning stages of a few support specialists with several homegrown solutions to being an IT Enterprise department stepping in as the backbone and resource for all company technology integrations with experienced IT Systems Engineers.
...and this was all in the last 10 months with a team of 4 Systems Engineers, 3 Support Engineers, and myself. Phew, we’ve been busy and having a blast while doing so!
