Infinite Water Solutions is a joint venture of Indian Company M/S Eureka Forbes and American Company M/S Pentair Water Solutions. It was incorporated on 21 March 2009 as a supplier of RO membrane filters for M/S Aquamall Water Solutions (Eureka Forbes Group company).

RESPONSBILITIES

Head of production, PPC & Maintenance.

Responsible for smooth three shift operation of plant with proper co-ordination.

Training of Shift Engineers and line operators.

100% schedule adherence as per plan.

It has entered into Technical collaboration with M/S Shindengen Electric Mfg. Co. Ltd. Japan. It Manufactures products like automotive combination Switches, Automotive Wire Harnesses, Resistor Assembly, Regulator Rectifier and Capacitor Discharge Igniter. Main customers are Hero Moto Corp, Honda and Yamaha Motors.

RESPONSBILITIES

HOD of Electronics Division.

Reviewing and revising Line Targets and Machine UPH by doing Time study and minimizing the change over time.

Capacity planning and Machine Planning of the department according to requirement.

Preparing Production Plan according to received customer schedule.

Planning raw material for Electronics Division according to received customer schedule keeping a check on minimum and maximum inventory level.

Identifying shortages and co-ordinating with purchase for running the production line smoothly.

Increasing Productivity by regular Improvement, Manpower Handling, Material Movement, Motion Study and Machine utilisation.

Responsible for Rejection Control and Action plan of rejection.

Responsible for the preparing monthly reports, corrective & preventive action against rejection.

Responsible for performing POKA-YOKE, KAIZEN, 5-S.

Documentation & Implementation as per TS-16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS.

Training of operators about process, MSDS and OHSAS.
