Planning, estimating & coordinating with the project team for earthwork in laying pipe line (81 Kms. long) through Shell Scott ford plant and providing facilities for three well pads LBVs with routing of pipes, skids design with provision of flares, filter, actuators, PSVs, electrical cable tray, MCC buildings, etc. On completion of project in full capacity 4.0 million tons of CO2 will be discharged into the reservoir.

• Duties & responsibilities included reporting to the Project Manager in developing concept and Front End Engineering design and estimate for new expansion project involving,Rail spur,earthwork,grading,Modular structure,Flare structure,LPG storage bullets,2500-HP compressor steelwork,surface drainage,impoundment,storm, storm water retention pond, rough grading roads/accessway,structural assessments of existing plant facilities,surveying,studying client drawings,contour maps and planning for routing of feed gas and amine water pipe line - 1.2 kms for processing, retrofitting on the existing pipe racks for oldest LPG plant in Alberta(SALOF MMLS modular LNG structure).This included planning,estimating,projecting man-hour estimates, deliverables for detailed design for engineering,construction packages in coordination with other discipline,clients representative,project managers,coordinators and controller.

Lead (Civil /Structural)

• Pre-feasibility study to house 50 feet long switch gear at the mine site 1 Km below grade level to make provision of supporting concrete pad design.

Package Engineer / Area Lead – Brown field work

• Field conditions assessment of existing A-frames structure for raw storage unit. Designed and modified sections utilizing the existing supporting structures to transfer materials from raw storage unit and material handling for feeder and drag conveyor.

• Carried out lay-out plan/design in existing plant for high speed rotary compressors 400HP–3Nos for high speed compressors, Air receivers, dryers and HVAC supports.
