Two very small remodel projects and outdated apartment building, two 2,500sf homes.

Review plans, gather info, request bids, and order supplies, materials. Accept submittal information, calendar and add/change monitor scheduling. Resolve discrepancies, projects details. Project Accounting; invoicing, manage. Perform all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll functions of the firm. Upload & Map all 3rd party financials. Reconcile all monthly bank statements for all properties. Prepare Journal entries, verify proper general ledger transactions are allocated properly.

Develop/perform monthly and yearly closing entries and processes by due dates. Monitor and manage cash flow, cash requirements. Analyze revenue, expenditure trends, recommend budget levels, and ensure cost controls. Prepare financial information for year-end tax planning and tax return information.

Calls to subcontractors; request/assist with bids; solar, charging stations, RFIs, change orders. Perform detailed takeoffs and unit cost analysis using digitizer software.

Develop detailed and coordinated subcontractor scope outline. Coordinate field site visits with subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors. Site visits.
