PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN ( PROD TECH 2 ):

+Production technician work in Photo Lap . Test wafer 2,3,4.6.8 inches.Use IPC tools and ANA080-Tool

+ Operate wafer preparation in Interlap .Hanling Oxide etch,Wet, dry etch and clean Wafers processes.

+ Ability to operate etchers and photo-lithography tools like projection aligners, Steppers,Resist coaters .

+ Loading /Unloading /Coating wafers with production InP,Gass.Selecting tool programs and recipes.

+ Transfer mechanism of the pre-defined mask pattern unto a photo resist coated wafer.

WAFER FAB VACUUM /MR AREAS:

+Set up and run semiconductor automate testing equipment .Test wafer Batch high priority,

FIBER OPTICAL TEST TECHNICIAN:

+ Laser alignment of diode,multi-optic lasers with product fiber optic component and module.

+Assembly by loading and aligning components on fabrication machines.

+ Reviewing and modifying,set up fiber optic alignment, crystal mounting and measurement

+ Set up test system according to Engneer instruction and perform test on the Optical transceiver

such as100GB and 200GB.Build up 400GB prototype with Engineer to ensure it met with custome

required .Collect all test result and send to Engineer for process development.

+Assistant Engineering with product setup RMA verification and failure analysis,data collection .

+Trouble shoot,calibration all system test DH station.Identify problem as TX, RX and debug.

+Develop and maintain test data in use of electronic and electro-optical .

Lap Test Technician:

+Set up test system according to engineer instruction and perform test on Sputter and Texture machine.

+Collectall test result and send to engineer for process Hard-Drive to development.

+Measured power reading of the disk drive affter laser texture and make adjustment if out of spec.

+Used MDP 250 -B Sputter System and running monitor for calibration the fist of test inprocess.
