Automotive thermal systems
Sr. designer, design and package of fuel operated heater system for GMT800 military vehicles. UG, NX.
The task was to integrate electrical wire harness, fuel system line, and coolant lines with the trucks system.
Diesel fuel lines using a braided stainless, crimped to stainless steel tubing. Coolant hoses connected to a
formed brass reducer to existing engine outlet and the heater inlet hoses. Integration of the electric system
was required. Integration with the build team on initial build. Individually handling these tasks, execution
of program timing was met efficiently.
