Learning Technology

-Select and launch employee self-service tuition reimbursement programs at two organizations.

-Team lead for 78 CBT modules (storyboarding through delivery and evaluation) delivered to over 1,000 aircraft professionals from more than 20 countries for the maintenance of MD-11, MD-80, and MD-90 aircraft.

-Maintained budget and negotiated timelines for ADDIE of real-time, dynamic simulations of oil exploration equipment, meeting client performance expectations.

-Realized a 21 percent savings in off-site training / travel costs by establishing Management Information Systems (MIS) University with core- and certification-level business and technical curricula at Warner Bros.

-$85,000+ savings by establishing eLearning for MS applications, replacing external course and travel costs.
