Designed Lexar ODM/OEM USB flash drive products, be in charge of all phases of product development lifecycle, from conceptualizing new product ideas through sketching, creating models, developing engineering designs, prototyping, testing, supporting production and rolling out new and improved products. Expert SSD designer using SolidWorks ( part, assembly, drawings, tolerance, drop test, thermal ). Regularly work with the PCB design team in development of SSDs. Expert in die casting, extrusions, and injection molding. Created SSD enclosures with all manufacturing methods, including a variety of materials to better transfer heat.
