Responsible for the leasing portfolio of 500+ Subway restaurants, and accountable for managing all franchise partner, landlord, and franchisor system relationships throughout Greater NYC. Oversee site selection of under-performing store relocations and new locations throughout the territory.

Executed over 100 new & renewal leasing transactions for a total of approximately 100,000 square feet with an overall lease value of over $5MM. Secured revenues over $4MM for the company through successful lease transactions.
