Employee Mobilization on Overseas Assignments.

Employee onboarding & orientation

Coordination and planning with the Recruitment Agencies & Advertising agencies

Travel overseas for recruitment campaigns

Processing of VISAs for new joiners

Compensation and Benefits

Administering the entire compensation program, like salary, wages, leave payment, final payment & other monetary entitlements

Providing assistance to the General Manger in Development and implementation of benefit policies, programs, and procedures
