Title : “FAULT DETECTION & MAINTENANCE OF TRANSMISSION LINE USING ROBOT

TECHNOLOGY”

Description : Voltage, current and ultrasonic sensor is mounted on the robot. The robot

is moving on overhead transmission line from one pole to another pole. At Normal operating Condition reference voltage and current set in the microcontroller is same. When fault occour the magnitude of Voltage and current is goes below or up the reference value. With help of robot technology the voltage, current and image of all this sensor sensing data from overhead power line send to the ground station using RF technology and maintenance of transmission line is done.
