Practical knowledge of instrumentation and electrical measurements such as power analyser, voltmeter, ammeter etc.

Worked extensively on solar electric power components as PV panel, charge controller, and battery pack.

Achievements:

Winner, Solar Summit 2k17 (National Level Solar Project Competition) o Project Title : eBike –A Solar Bicycle

o Problem statement – To build a solar bicycle that harnesses the solar energy to charge the battery pack and thus provide required voltage to run the motor. o Solution - The architecture consists of brushless dc hub motor of (250W 24V) powered by 24V battery pack. The battery pack was assisted with PV panels (20W).To control the speed PWM control method was used.

Winner, Poster Presentation (SGI foundation day) on ‘Recent trends in electrical engineering’2+ o Topic – Smart City

o Description – Presented a concept of wireless charging car, solar street indicators, solar farms, solar bicycle etc.

Final year project:

Industrial Energy Management & Audit (Textile Industry). Stakeholders in industrial parks and factories are not always aware of the possibilities for energy efficiency improvements. It requires conscious efforts from the team such as

‘Energy audit’. It is considered as the first step in order to discover the possibilities of energy savings, prioritizing projects, tracking progress and making system adjustments after investments. Using this concept, we worked on electrical energy saving project for Din Dayal Textile Industry, Islampur, Sangli.

The outcome was, recommendation to the team worth energy saving of approx INR 7.5 lakh/annum with initial investment of 77k INR.

Extra Curricular Activities:

Took part in workshop of B.A.R.C.Mumbai.

Participated in Zonal level table tennis match.
