Assistant General Manager
Assist in the management of a Class A Commercial Building consisting of approximately 400,000 square feet located in San Mateo.
Develop and maintain positive client / tenant relationships.

Assistant Property Manager
Assisted in the management of a portfolio of Class A Commercial Office Buildings consisting of one (1) million square feet located in Redwood Shores/San Carlos.
Provide administrative support to the Chief Engineer, Building Engineers, Property Managers and General Manager.
Prepare and distribute tenant rent statements and administer collection of A/R reports, aged delinquency report, rent rolls and accruals.
Ensure all tenant bill back work orders are closed and coded correctly prior to billing verification.
Manage move in/ out process from start to end with tenants and send standard “Welcome /Tenant Guide or “Move Out” email.
