Drove personal vehicle to cities in assigned municipalities to drop off and pick up building permits/building permit packages/checks and other important documents/site plans and blue prints all related to permits
Communicated with City/County Officials to obtain permit approvals
Communicated with internal Caruso Homes [and our contractors i.e. Engineers/Architects] departments in regards to account status and approvals
Scanned received permits and updated the account information in the Microsoft interface we used
Maintained current information on permitting requirements within assigned municipalities
Took on unrelated land development/entitlement tasks related but not limited to State Highway Administration and Homeowners Associations
Oversaw the entire permitting process for all production homes.
Coordinated with engineers, architects, superintendents, developers, and county officials in order to get specific permits pulled.
Organized and updated the entire cloud system of the permits received, and each step of the permitting process that was completed along the way.
Single handedly engaged in the rigorous permitting process for all of the homes that Caruso Homes built from June 2018 until now including but not limited to managing the progress of all relevant projects in obtaining permits of all types [building, fine grading, septic, etc]
oThis often included scheduling soils reports as well.

Engaged in the rigorous permitting process in a multitude of different municipalities in Maryland and Virginia for development work to commence
Visited many different municipalities to engage in research on prospective properties
Managed land development work on site
Evaluated the viability and feasibility of parcels of land whether through a “By-Right”, Special Exception, Re-zoning, or even a Comprehensive Plan Amendment use. Through this evaluation we would and could determine a timeline and associated costs to achieve the approvals for a proposed use.
