Innovative design and manufacturer of Rf and DC plasma generators for the semiconductor industry with approximate annual sales of $125M. A division of Emerson Electric sold to MKS Instruments in January 2002.
Team designed and developed a 2 MHz 5 Kw and 27 MHz 3 Kw Rf generator system with matching networks delivering an operational prototype within 90 days, resulting in incremental orders for 12 prototype units and 15 pre-production units with a sales value of $1.2M and an awarded 3 year contract of annual sales up to $12.5M .
BAUSCH & LOMB, Rochester, NY June, 1987 – Aug, 1999
Transitioned REVO product line from supplier sourced to in-house resulting in a 10% reduction in standard cost. Transitioned 15 obsolete product lines to India facility launching in 6 months with an initial 90 day sales of $1.2M. Completed a $5M manufacturing facility start-up and launch in Ireland within 5% of budget and 3 months ahead of plan.
