Bishop & Company, Inc., Honolulu, HI August 2015 – November 2015 Worked from the FEAD MCBH office doing Base facilities repair and maintenance scoping, Base Facility Maintenance Dept. coordination, architectural deisgn, interiors planning, cost budgets, estimating, construction design drawings and specifications for about 200 repair and renovation projects located at the Marine Corp Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, HI.

J. M. Waller Associates, Inc., Honolulu, HI December 2012 – August 2015 As the construction manager on the Honolulu International Airport Roadway and Miscellaneous Improvements project. This was the first phase of three phases for the CONRAC Rental Car and Parking Garage project. My duties included close coordination with the Airport management Project Team, A+E Design Team, and Construction Team. Construction cost approx. $8 million.

- Demolition of the existing Miyazaki Gas Station, underground gas tanks and site work.

- Install six (6) new elevators each at the Overseas Terminal and the Overseas Parking Garage.

Top Pacific Builders, LLC, Pearl City, HI September 2011 - December 2011 Fast tracked very high command interest USACE project to install four new ADA access chairlifts at the historic Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. I took the project from unsatisfactory to satisfactory rating, and finished the project on-time for the Veteran’s Day Dedication Ceremony with the Secretary of the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC). The project scope includes excavation, chairlifts, concrete access lift shafts, retaining walls, underground electrical, drainage, landscaping, and ADA parking lot. Received Outstanding Letter of Reference from the USACE Contracting Officer's Representative overseeing this project. Construction cost $1 million. Elite Pacific Construction, Inc., Kaneohe, Oahu, HI May 2010 - May 2011 Quality Control Manager for the USACE historic Hickam Fitness Center Renovation project at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. The project had very high command interest as a Morale, Welfare, Recreation Joint Base project. Project scope included demolition of the existing racquet ball courts and locker room facilities, constructing new locker rooms and shower/toilet facilities, new racquetball courts, administration offices, electrical and mechanical rooms, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning systems. Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Honolulu, HI December 2009 - May 2010 Quality Control Manager for the new high command interest Morale, Welfare, Recreation Child Development Center project, JBPHH. Coordinated and review design build/BIM with A+E Design Team in Florida. Project scope consisted of new child care classrooms, administration offices, toilets, electrical and mechanical rooms, electrical, plumbing, air conditions systems, landscaping, courtyard play areas, parking lots, underground drainage retention system, roof integrated solar and PV systems. Project achieved Gold LEED status. Construction cost $14 million, approx. TEK Pacific, Pearl City, Oahu, HI October 2009 - December 2009 Quality Control Manager for the Install New Grease Interceptor at Child Care Center, NCTAMS, Wahiawa, HI. The project had high Base Commander command interest. Construction cost $112,000. TEK Pacific, Pearl City, Oahu, HI October 2007 - July 2008 Quality Control Manager services for Building 3A, Headquarters Building Structural Repairs at Camp Smith, Oahu. The repair and crawl space work involved excavation and installation of structural micro piles, new footings and concrete grade beams, and geotextile fabric to repair the existing building concrete foundations which had settled over 6 inches. Construction cost $2.7 million.
