Coordinate with accounts & purchase Manager about the budget on weekly basis.

Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basic.

Monthly and yearly stock report collecting from store department.

Analysis every materials cost from all suppliers.

Follow up on Order Delivery from supplier.

Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

Responsible for preparing monthly and everyday purchase order & reports.
