Being as a Fresh Graduate Apprentice Engineer, the Job was included of all kind of Mechanical Engineer activities like Maintenance, Total Quality Management, Purchase Planning of New Equipments, Installation & Supervision of Material Handling Conveyors, Compliance of HSE guidelines, HVAC Qualifications etc. The extended ownership was including of originate and preparation of documents for execution of all kind of mechanical work by the guidance of superiors.

The Following listed activities (but not limited to) were the part of job;

To perform preventive maintenance of Blister packing m/c, Powder filling m/c, Octagonal blender, Screw capping m/c, Desiccant insertion m/c, Rapid mixer granulator, compression m/c, capsule filling m/c in Seniors Supervision.

To attend the breakdown of Blister Packing m/c, Sticker Labelling m/c, Tablet Coating m/c, Blister cartonator m/c, Compression m/c, Garment washing m/c, Gum Dispensing m/c, Horizontal shrink Bundler etc. in Seniors Supervision.

To handling Total Productive Management Activity in Packing and Process area.

Root cause analysis of repetitive breakdowns and minimize them with proper Corrective action Preventive Action and in compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice.

Non Destructive Examination of any repair work

Taking proper safety precaution and issuing work permit before taking any risky jobs and follow all HSE rules and regulations related to Engineering.

To handling installation of Vacuum pump along with its piping, air displacement unit, and Servo mechanism in Blister packing m/c.

Faced Audits of Pharmaceutical regulatory authorities and ISRS.

To perform HVAC Qualification (Integrity test, Air velocity, Particle count, Flow pattern).

To perform general activity in SAP like work notification initiation, modification and closure.

On Site Training: - Gondwana Engineering Private Limited in joint venture with CMR Infrastructure Private Limited.
