Project Description:-
Nestlé Waters North America, Inc. is a business unit of Nestlé Waters that produces and distributes numerous brands of bottled water across North America. Continent-wide brands include Perrier and San Pellegrino.
There are critical Essbase applications, which require supporting/maintaining the existing Business processes and perform enhancements so that the users can use the applications in an optimized manner and without interruption. NWNA Business were in need of a dedicated Essbase team to work on the support activities and critical development projects. NWNA were also moving towards migrating applications to Oracle Exalytics Box, which is powerful in-memory analytics machine. Along with the migration, the project scope included to redesign the existing Essbase applications to simplify and improve performance. In addition, business user had a requirement to retrieve backend details for relevant intersections in Essbase.
Responsibilities:-
Worked on building a new team for development and support projects; understood the requirements and involved in the negotiation, finally submitted proposal defining the team structure and hourly rate for each of the resources.
Discussed and defined the SLAs for handling and resolving support issues and project deliverable. Created a definite set of Project Measures or KPIs to measure the team performance.
Attended weekly project status meetings and share updates on tasks and projects worked by the team.
Engaged in Stake Holder management, quality management, project audits, Support and Enhancement of Financials processes and project management.

Wyndham Worldwide Corporation is the holding company for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, RCI and other lodging brands. Wyndham Worldwide, headquartered in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, operates several hotel brands across the world.
Several departments within Wyndham have their own set of Hyperion Applications and Wyndham wanted migrate these Hyperion Applications to Oracle EPM Latest offering i.e. version 11.1.2.4. The project objective was to perform the migration and troubleshoot the issues faced during the migration.
Responsibilities
Successfully completed the migration of Oracle Hyperion Financial Applications (Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, FDMEE, and HFM) from version 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4. . Provided consultation on the best practices for migrating the Hyperion Applications. Researching new release features, addressing and troubleshooting issues, monitoring project team progress.

Hanes Brands Inc is one of the Fortune 500 US based companies. The Company designs, manufactures, sources and sells a range of apparel essentials, such as t-shirts, bras, panties, men's underwear, kids' underwear, socks, hosiery, casual wear and active wear. In addition to designing and marketing apparel essentials, the Company operates a global supply chain that incorporates a mix of self-manufacturing, third-party contractors and third party sourcing.
Hanes Brands were focusing on expanding the business globally. Hanes were acquiring businesses in Europe and need an experienced consultant to integrate the financial and sales data from the acquired Company into Hanes Financial application thus hired back for second term to provide consultation and work on the projects. Hanes had HFM application as a consolidation tool and it was imperative they include the financial numbers (Income statement and Balance sheet) from the acquired business. The project include to work with Business Analyst understand the new data and integrate it with the existing process and system. In addition, they had a Workforce out-of-box Oracle Hyperion Planning application, and HR generalist requested for enhancement to the application to improve budgeting process and reporting. There was a development project for a new Hyperion Planning application to be used cooperate wide Budgeting and planning application. Provide consultation to the migration of Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications to Cloud virtual server (IaaS).

Digital systems include color and black-and-white printing and publishing systems, digital presses and "book factories," multifunction devices, laser and solid ink network printers, copiers and fax machines.
Enterprise Financials Information application is set of Mission critical Business and Financial applications and processes for storing and processing Xerox financial data. Xerox will be receiving financial data feeds from around 500 sources across the globe, which load to SQL server database and finally into Essbase. The users will extract the required information using either Smart View or Financial Reports. The project scope was to maintain the critical processes, administrator and maintain the Hyperion Environments so that the users not affected by any unforeseen disruptions. Install and configure Oracle Hyperion 11.1.2.2 on Windows server, and migrate the Hyperion Applications to the newer version.
Responsibilities
Perform Lead role, coordinate tasks with offshore team, and provide updates to reporting manager.
Point of contact for the applications for Business users approach in case of issues or any new requests.
