This new and enhanced system also included the automation of timekeeping capture for all agency personnel (1,600 employees).

Generated cost optimization of 20% per annum compared to the previous payroll outsourcing arrangement we had.

This project became a candidate for the Regional Group Managing Director Awards, a program where the Regional Top Management provides dollar incentive to employees who was able to implement best practices or systems improvement that will benefit the company.

Assigned as Human Resource Team Leader for Project HRIS (Human Resource Information System) which automated the 201 filing system. The project went live after 4 months of systems development.

Spearheaded the reconciliation and closure of 9Million pesos worth unreconciled employee accounts and loan balances which were caused by numerous company acquisitions and merging, drafted and finalized major Human Resources policies related to this.

Played the key role in JDH Philippines for closure and accurate payment of all employee claims. Finalized separation payments to all employees, guaranteed adherence to tax rulings, ensured payment of company receivables and employee accountabilities and closure of all entries in JDH books while setting-up for IDS Marketing.
