JOB Description:

Senior Support IT Consultant in Banking Sector

Worked as IT Senior Support IT Consultant for 10 years and plays key role in supporting IT infrastructure and Data Center.

My position is wide and overall knowledge in VMWare and Wide Area and local area networking systems, client OS, Linux, Windows Server 2003, Sever 2008 and Server 2012 Data Center and Active Directory network, DNS, DHCP and all other Servers like IIS and Print Servers and Wireless connectivity between HO and branch offices and Network systems and SAN / NAS / RAID levels (but not limited to them).

While my primary role is end user computing support and Server support, I am in active role in implementing new systems, diagnosis of IT problems outside the scope of responsibility.

Supervision and assistance by me to management / senior engineer are provided remotely most of the time, thus I have acquired a broad range of knowledge and experience on IBM Pureflex systems infrastructure and having knowledge on Terminal Systems of SWIFT, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg Professional and Globus T24.
