Domain Services Change Coordinator

Contracted to Coordinator Domain Services in our Mexico Office in 3NET Project to change their portion ofl 7000 servers from 3. To 100. IP Configurations

Used Service Now to Coordinate all Domain Service Tasks, Followup and insure that tasks are accepted and complete successfully.

Work with NBC management to Create Changes in Service Now for new 3NET Projects and Coordinate Implementation Process to include sending out notifications and email to chase CTASKs acceptances and Group Approvals

Change Coordinator for 3NET Changes

Creating reports for NBC 3NET management to track successfully implemented changes and upcoming changes for the following weeks.

Create and send morning reports to Mexico Domain Service Team for CTASKs to be reviewed and accepted each day and upcoming Tasks that are scheduled to be implemented and started for the next 2 days.

Used Service Now to create reports using filters.

Participating in management conference calls weekly to discuss Change progress.

Setting up Jabber meetings for implementation of Changes that I coordinated. Insuring all involved group leaders were in chat and change was successfully implemented. Then doing closing follow-up tasks.

Following up on IP address changes by pinging addresses to insure changes were made and sometimes nslookup for name resolutions needed for Changes.

Understanding processes in changing IP Addresses on Servers and changing DNS servers on associated servers.

Reports to the Regional IT Manager and is responsible for information systems infrastructure support for Local and Wide Area Networks, servers, PC clients, data communications, server and client side software applications and operating systems for the Louisville Plant.

Monitor all site activity and report to IT Manager if problems arise. No local management

IT Lead for Louisville Plant – Working Manager responsible for overseeing installation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of over 200 computer systems, printers and networks deployed in administrative and manufacturing departments

Managing shutdown for IT Department to include all computer wipes and redeployments to headquarters.

Successfully tracked inventory accountability with no losses and met all project timelines. Coordinated all IT projects during site close while working closely with site management, manufacturing project managers and contractors to insure timelines were met.

Work closely with department heads and/or designated staff to identify and prioritize information systems requirements, communicate institutional requirements to vendors and outside organizations, and is the primary communicator of IT project status, risks, issues, and expectations to Plant Management.

Implement, and maintain procedures, policies, and standards to continuously improve departmental and institutional IT efficiency.

Provide secondary support IS personnel- third level support to help desk technician to resolve user issues, which apply to site.

Supervised the support of 200 users running 2000, Windows XP and five (5) servers running Windows 2000/NT and Server 2003; completed all computer upgrades to XP from 2000.

Successfully implemented asset management plan for inventorying equipment; Developed Access, Inventory database, search engine and Site map to easily locate and connect to employees and computers within the Dupont Manufacturing Site and to help facilitate asset inventory and deployment of over 200 computers.
