Job Responsibility: Team Lead(Jun 2016 to Mar 2018)

SPOC for hiring between Business Unit and the candidate

Understanding the job requirements from BU and Sourcing and headhunting profiles to match requirement.

Maintaining and creating data bank through Market Mapping and presenting MIS reports

Working closely with the different business units to understand the requirements and plan hiring

Ensure achievement of recruitment needs as per the client requirements and according to the SLA
