Roles and Responsibility
End - to - End recruitment process.
On boarding:
oPre - On boarding :
Sending offer letter soft copy to employees once interview is cleared.
Coordinating with employee and mediclaim team for employees health check up process.
Following up with employee till employee joiners.
oPost – On boarding :
Sending hardcopy of offer letter and check list on the day of joining.
Following with focals on the number of joiners in each location and updating the client and internal team.
Do personal document validation and sends it to client on time.
Mediclaim Process;
oBased on the joiners list get the mediclaim data from concern team and collate all the inputs and after validation sent to client.
oFor the exit employees we need to inform concern mediclaim team to deactivate there inputs.
oIn case of interim addition (addition of Spouse or New born baby) and Modification of data in mediclaim process we need to add the necessary data in tracker and sent to mediclaim team within stipulated time.
oFollow up with client till the employees data’s has been updated with the mediclaim team.
Letter Generation:
oBased on the employee request we need to prepare varies letters like address proof, employment proof for the purpose of Visa, banking, address proof, education and so on.
oWhen there is location change within country we need to prepare the transfer letter and share it with employees once we receive all the necessary approvals and the acknowledgment letter need to be shared with client for documentation.
Revision and Promotion letters :
oOnce we receive the data from client we need to validate the entire data and make sure there is no exited employee.
oCross check the variables (CTC), letter date, type of letter, client, email Id, DOB of employee. Once all the inputs has been checked sent it to client for approval.
oOnce data has been approved, input needs to be sent to IT team and get the sample data and share with client for further approval. Once it has been approved need to coordinate with IT team and client till the letters roll out to employees.
oOnce letters are sent we need to move the same to client server.
Probation Letters:
oEvery month we need to find out how many employees probation is getting over and becoming permanent employees.
oWe need to send the list to concern reporting managers for approval. Once we receive the approval for confirmation we need to roll out the confirmation letters with the employee .If the reporting manger asks to extent the probation period we need to send extension letter.
oWhen reporting manager is not responding to first mail we need to follow up for 2 days and then sent mail to higher authority.
Payroll Process :
oShare New joiners data, Mediclaim process, stop salary for exit employees, location transfer, earnings and deduction with client on monthly bases.
