Guided management in the understanding of German labor law or regulatory affairs, particularly regarding the need for/ requirement of German Works Council. Negotiated acceptable work policy before going into long periods of litigation through German courts and hours of educating management.

Consulted ITT on $50 billion logistical support program for downsizing and base closure of the U.S. Army facilities in Iraq. The company was awarded a major LOGPAC(logistical support package contract). As the only person in the company with LOGPAC experience. I provided advice/direction on developing an organizational operations large enough to sustain the complex workings of a LOGPAC.
