Goal

Accomplishments

Assisted business entities wanting to create a corporate presence within EU, the US and or the former Russian republics. By analyzing high-level international correspondence through corporate legal entities and their legal staff. As well as assisting in the development of internal legal compliance that interface between British common law countries and EU members.

Developed and led BearingPoint Human Services Consulting (Ombudsman) program in Europe. The company was contracted by the US Army to help soldiers and families transition back to civilian life after sustaining a substantial bodily injury in conflict zones. Utilized extensive experience and knowledge of military health care system, healthcare operations, community services agencies, support channels and regulations/policies to set up programs in Germany, Belgium, and Italy. Resulting in the transition of over 150 wounded warriors and/their families to civilian life.

Negotiated work policies, saving ITT thousands of dollars in court costs and lost productivity. Guided management in the understanding of German labor law or regulatory affairs, particularly regarding the need for/ requirement of German Works Council. Negotiated acceptable work policy before going into long periods of litigation through German courts and hours of educating management.

Consulted ITT on $50 billion logistical support program for downsizing and base closure of the U.S. Army facilities in Iraq. The company was awarded a major LOGPAC(logistical support package contract). As the only person in the company with LOGPAC experience. I provided advice/direction on developing an organizational operations large enough to sustain the complex workings of a LOGPAC.
