Presently I am working with Jindal Steel and Power Limited in 2MTPA coke oven & By product project as General Manager (Head of Electrical & Instrumentation). I have successfully commissioned the 2 Nos. Coke Oven Batteries and it By product Plant. Also During my stay in Jindal Power Limited I have successfully commissioned the all four units of 250MW and all four units of 600MW ( BTG and BOP) and I was working as General Manager ( Head – Control and Instrumentation)

Detail Engineering, Erection and commissioning of 2MTPA Recovery Coke Oven and By Product Plant

1.Erection and commissioning of 2 Nos. coke Oven Battery and its associated Electrical and Instrumentation.

2.Erection and commissioning of By Product plant and its associated Electrical and Instrumentation

Jindal Power Limited (4 X 250 MW Phase-I&II and 4x600 MW Phase-III)

(Jan 2006 to May 2015)

Current Responsibility:-

Detail Engineering, Erection and commissioning of 4x600 MW ( from Jan 2009 to till date )

Boiler & auxiliaries, Turbine & Auxiliaries and Station C&I

1.Finalization of technical specification of BTG and station C&I.

2.Review and study of Bidding documents of BTG and station C&I and finalize the same with best engineering solution and scope of work.

3.Preparation for KOM with BHEL on various agenda points.

4.Finalize the L-1 schedule of BTG and station C&I.

5.Finalize L-2 network of various BHEL Units.

6.Finalization and approve the Drive control Philosophy, cable scope diagram, P&Id’s of Boiler and Turbine, Basic scope diagrams, Logics of Turbine and its auxiliaries, Boiler and its auxiliaries logics, TG Floor plans, Boiler floor plans, Location of Boiler and Turbine Instruments racks and JB’S, and other drawings data sheets.

7.Finalization of Location and Sizing Control room, Control Equipment Room, Engineering room, UPS & batteries Room, SWAS room and other panel room.

8.Finalization of Plant DCS configuration and architecture.

9.Finalization of Interface scheme between DCS and other PLC’s.

10.Detail engineering of Cables and cable Tray routine.

11.Detail Engineering, Erection and commissioning of complete Boiler & its auxiliaries, Steam Turbine & its auxiliaries and generator instrumentation.

BOP in Project 4x600MW

1.Finalization of technical specification of various BOP packages like WTP, River water Intake system, Raw water pumping system, CW & ACW pumping and piping system, Coal handling plant, Ash handling plant, Fuel oil unloading system, Compressed air system, Mill Reject system and Misc. Instruments Package.

2.Review and detail study of bidding documents of various bidders and prepare comparative statements and select technically best one.

3.Finalization of Control room and Panel Room of BOP packages.

4.Finalization of Drive Interface Scheme, UPS Scheme, PLC configuration etc.

5.Detail Engineering, Erection and commissioning of complete BOP packages (CHP, AHP, WTP, CPU, Raw water Pumps, River Water Pumps CW and ACW systems, Fire detection &protection system, Mill Reject system Etc.)

Detail Engineering, Erection and commissioning of 4x250 MW ( from Jan 2006 to Dec 2008)

Station (C & I) :-

1.Erection and commissioning of max DNA Distributed Digital Control Monitoring and Information System (DCS) and Complete Networking system.
