a.Financial: Reduce Cost of Operation in G.M. Office.

b.Customer:

i.Handling all Incoming/ Outgoing faxes and distribution of the same to the respective departments/ persons. And ensuring there is no delay in handling faxes (Incoming/ Outgoing) within 5 Minutes of receiving the fax to concerned department or HOD.

ii.Handling incoming & outgoing emails & sending prompt and timely replies and ensure that Incoming and Outgoing emails to be responded with 10 minutes once approved by G.M.

iii.Handling telephone calls of G.M. Office. Professionally and effectively, handling of phones at the office ensuring the desired brand image is maintained.

iv.Managing external customers request for contact/ meetings with G.M. Office and Management Team. Effective and positive co-ordination with G.M. at all times with no errors of understating of common objective of the hotel.

c.Administration:

i.Handling of all the correspondence in G.M. Office and distribution of the same in respective departments. Immediately handing over the document to concerned HOD. Ensuring consistent and effective follow-up.

ii.Tracking of Hotel licenses for renewal. All the renewals to be put up for Joint G.M.’s perusal one month before the due date.

iii.Preparing of general correspondence/ documents as per the requirement. Ensuring the professional language is being used and required no correction.

iv.Filing of documents or G.M. Office and for Management Team. Put up list of files to G.M. for his review on monthly basis and ensuring the papers are filed accordingly and files are in proper order.

v.Maintaining daily attendance record of all the HOD’s.

vi.Managing confidentiality of works related to Joint President& General Manager’s Office. Decorum of the office is maintained all the times.

vii.Preparing and distribution of Minutes of the Meeting.

viii.All other assignments directed by G.M. Timely completion of all the tasks assigned.

ix.Compilation of Guest Feedback Forms for the month and preparing Guest Feedback analysis report, chart on monthly basis. Ensuring the Guest Feedback is compiled on 2nd date of the month for the previous month.
