Reported directly to CEO, managed and trained team of (3) Quality Engineers. Initiated inspections on all incoming parts, cross-docked materials, and outbound assemblies. Managed QOS Downtime for facility. Oversaw completion of capital and expenditure Production Improvement projects (i.e. Quoting, Project Management, Subcontracting, Installation, and / or Execution); main project included restoration of ASRS and incorporation of new retrieval robots. Provided engineering assistance for design and manufacture of fixtures, machines, and tools required for manufacture of seat assemblies.

Assisted in preparation of Failure Mode Analysis Reports, facilitating compliance with OSHA regulations regarding facility.
