Job Description

Production of documents using MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as per client’s specification

Responsible for the accurate completion of edits as instructed by the client

Owning and taking responsibility for the work produced in terms of consistency, accuracy and quality

Responsible for production of these documents within the specified timeframe

Responsible for proactively informing Workflow coordinator or Client manager in case of unavoidable delays during execution of the job

Responsible for communication with Project coordinators regarding QC related issues

To own and take responsibility for work in terms of the final product

To ensure a smooth hand-over at end of shift and communicate information to peers

To meet the team the SLA’s (credit, debit and non-admit)

Accounts reconciling with the invoice billed and payment amount

Finding the reason for discrepancy and send a mail to plan sponsor

To term the member as per plan sponsor notification

Working as critical resource to complete the urgent request from client side.

Salary:

Current CTC: Rs 2,57,057

Expected CTC: Rs 4,00,000
