Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing, delivery and monitoring of incoming and outgoing U.S. mail, in-house mail, electronic mail, and fax mail to appropriate staff mailboxes.

Ordering, maintenance and repair of all agency office supplies, equipment, machinery, and furniture inclusive of contracts for the aforementioned

Assist with the training and orientation of new clerical support.

Assist with the scheduling of alternate clerical coverage, support & receptionist desk relief as needed

Provide alternate agency coverage as designated

Attendance at agency required staff meetings, administrative meetings, and in-services as required (contingent upon alternate coverage).

Upgrade professional skills through in-service and outside training (10 hours annual requirement).

Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities established by Executive Director.

All other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or other designated administrative personnel.

Additional Responsibilities:

Provide backup administrative services in the Human Resource Department including recruitment, screening and processing of independent contractors. Assist Director of Human Resources with other human resource duties as assigned.
