My primary duties were 1st Article Reports (read prints and evaluated part tolerances), job set up information (volume, weight and density information), packaging, curing of product, development of inspection points and criteria as well as product identification. Daily duties included the release of product and quality training for all employees. Some customers included Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems and New United Motors. Created a program to recycle boxes to and from Sun Microsystems. Created bundle sizes to maximize truckloads to Hewlett Packard. Created packaging configurations and amounts for energy absorbing bumpers for New United Motors. Other duties in fill in roles included Material Requirements Planning (scheduling of presses, expansion and tool changes), Packaging / Recycling Manager and Shipping and Receiving Manager. Important member of Continuous Improvement and Safety Committee Meetings.
