Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Controls the construction works with direct control over Project Engineers, Site Engineers and reports back to the senior levels and have an important role in ensuring the compliance of works to the specification requirements.

Responsible for the direct execution of the works in strict compliance to the contract specifications and requirements.

Attending progress meeting along with project director and sub-contractors to discuss further weekly

Target plan included ordering materials and follow up with suppliers for delivery deadlines.

Attending coordination meeting between the civil department and the electro-mechanical department in order to arrange the civil start up according to their deadlines.

Prepared Time schedules for Subcontractors tasks to achieve the Projects main schedule.

Supervise the quality Inspections and testing required by the quality procedures, supervise the procedures for inspection and testing materials.

Personnel and with representatives of the sub-contractors involved.

Ensure smooth material delivery to site in a timely manner.

Submitting daily inspection requests and following its progress with the consultant.

Ensure testing is conducted be an approved independent laboratory where required by the contract and that all test results are in compliance with the specifications.

Issuance of inspection requests to consultant and attending some inspections.

Responsible for handing over the project to the client, project closing documents and clearing off the snagging and the De-snagging of the consultant comments.

Supervising and monitoring various civil work

Arrange to solve Sub-Contractors Inspection with Consultant

Coordination between Technical office and electrical & mechanical department works.

Ensure the required submittals and notifications are issued to the consultant for approval within the specified time frame and as per project specification.

Implement and inspection for all construction activities.

Checking materials & shop drawings submittals with both of the consultant & the subcontractors.

Coordinated effectively between the Construction and MEP Department works.

EDUCATION

Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering – Asyut University, Egypt 1999.

Ability to get PE within one year.
