Job Role

Sales- Job role is based upon creating new accounts with variety of products as per customer request in day to day and time to time performance with responsibility as undergoing with customer funds. Returning funds if customers not eligible for the products

Service- Sorting out customer requests in various activities like account closure, change of address, issuing ATM card & pin numbers, Online and offline transaction to the other banks, signature assistance, Statements etc. Anti Money Laundering - The primary purpose of my role is to perform the surveillance activities to detect the Money laundering by focusing on the initial assessments of risk events at the first stage of my process Finance- Working for a back office where customer comes with the applications to keep their car as an asset and getting persona loan. My job is to validate the customer request whether they are capable to get a loan or not. Sanction loans is the main job for me.

Responsibilities

Assessing risk events, created by the Monitoring systems or created manually, to identify unusual customer behavior and escalate such unusual patterns for Analysis.

Performing the assessment in accordance with the procedure lay down.

Ensuring the Technology / Risk issues identified are reported and escalated to the Manager in a timely manner

Tendency to complete all the mandatory e-learning modules within stipulated timelines and attend trainings for which nominated

Upholding the values of the Group at all times

Assisting the Associate Manager / Manager in BCP / DR testing in addition to taking appropriate measure for managing crisis situation.

Assisting the Associate Manager / Manager in Service management of the surveillance service to the countries.

Specialized in the identification of unusual customer behavior of the Monitoring NCB customer segments being Retail, Private Banking and Corporate.

Ready to work in Shift according to Business requirement. Adhoc Responsibilities

Participate in testing and other activities required for the running of the unit.

Assist in preparation of various MIS.

When required by the Business, act as the backup for the Senior Analyst.
