Advanced Lean Six Sigma – Increase in productivity for high volume production line September 2015 to December 2015
• Worked on a Project in one of the High-volume production lines on SFO Technologies Pvt Ltd, to double the size of the productivity with same labor force.
• Analyzed the process flow, material flow and identified the Non-Value-Added activities in all stations with plant tour.
• Excess labor usage was identified in various stages such as De-Paneling stage, through hole Stuffing stage, Post Wave soldering inspection stage.
• Proposed and implemented modifications to various processes and layout with cost involved 10K USD which increased the productivity from 13,500 boards output/day to 25,000 boards output /day with same manpower. Statistical Design Models – Effect of Cap and Trade Policy August 2017 to December 2017
• Conducted ANOVA test on thirty years data to determine the effect of all the parameters of the Cap and Trade policy on the Marginal Price of Electricity.
• Significance of factors and their interactions were found, and a regression equation based on the ANOVA was created.
• Quadratic effect was analyzed using the center point values and discovered the existence of non-linearity. EDUCATION
