1. Team ramping:
Worked on onshore case data to identify the opportunities for us to get trained and take more ticket volume and ensure increase in revenue.
2. Quarterly Product and Workflow knowledge test design and implementation: Creation of project plans and getting approval from Google teams on the same. Have supervised and contributed from design of PKTs and WKTs starting from creating question repositories with help of the other trainers in the team.
3. VL2, Case categorization and Grapevine projects: Owned the projects in order to reduce the errors which analysts do while working on the ticketing tool (gCases) and reduce the number of consults raised to Google Engineering team for technical help. Designed content, trainings and quizzes for knowledge up-skill to reduce the errors and need to raise technical consults. 4. Process Training/Development:
Designing different product testing platforms Lead the training team across the globe in terms of meeting the client deadlines for the training delivery, training need analysis, training need identification, trainer upskill and content creation.
