Internship and project

Summer Internship Project on ‘Job performance and job loyalty of employees’ at Rajhan’s Metal (2016)

This was 2 months of internship in brass part industry. Project was to identify the satisfaction level of employees, work environment, production process at Rajhan’s Metal, A questionnaire was designed for the study of sample size of 100 for the employee of Rajhan’s Metal. It was interpreted that most of employees were satisfied with their work environment.

Global country study report on ‘Spice industry of Nigeria’ (2016-17) This was group project done in the final year of M.B.A. Main aim of this project was to analyze spice industry of Nigeria and business opportunities for it in India. We visited Miltop export at Jamnagar to know about varieties of spice and its process. Industrial defined project on ‘Performance evaluation of mutual fund schemes in India’

(2016-17)

Study on mutual fund industry in India was being done in this project. Mainly 5 mutual fund schemes were studied and compared. Comparison of scheme return with benchmark return was done on those schemes.

Research Project on TELEVISON WATCHING HABITS OF PEOPLE (MBA SEM-1) A study on television watching habits of people was done for all age group. Questionnaire was designed for the sample size of 250. Co-circular Activities
