HR Business Partner for Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar & LNG Trading business. This entailed, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition & On boarding, Global Mobility, HR Shared services, Benefits. Recruited for Technical / Engineering Departments of the business. Supported onboarding & global mobility process for expats. As HR Systems Lead for BG India, managed all SAP HR life cycles for the business.

BUSINESS ANALYST – QGC, Brisbane (2009 – 2010)

Selected by Central SAP team at UK for the Business Analyst role in QGC. Worked closely with the QGC Payroll & HR teams to document their business needs & to help the Project team for successful roll over of QGC HR System into BG HR Systems. Work entailed System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Creation of training materials / How to Guides, conducting trainings for Roll out & training of SAP HR Super Users in Brisbane. Won the Global Super User Award for Inter Asset Networking in 2010.

HR SYSTEMS ASSOCIATE, Mumbai (2007 – 2009)

In charge of Global HR SAP roll outs at BG India asset which included training of all personnel on HR Systems, Successful roll out of SAP HR Systems for BG India (i.e. Payroll project & HR processes).
