Penetrations – Cutting roof membrane, insulations and deck. Measuring, cutting and securing necessary wood supports for roof vents, curbs, pitch pockets, etc.

Skylights – Installing, removing, replacing and boarding up, all types.

Leaders – Erecting and removing up to 3”x4”, and up to 6” round.

Gutters – Removing and replacing 3” – 5” bottom.

Coatings – Applied both Aluminum and black. As well as various types of paint.

Caulkings – Removed and applied both Urethane and Silicone

SIS (Seventeen-Inch Selvage), both black and white; 90lb. both black and white; APP Membrane; Rubberized roofing applied with adhesive, both black and white, also smooth; Alum clad peel & stick; Thermalplastics membranes; EPDM – battum seams – Carlisle & Versico and Firestone peel & stick uncured and cured 5” - 9” and 12” all set in by specs

Waterproofing – Roof, side of walls – brick, cinder block

Worked with assorted sizes of waterproofing membrane from 2”-36” widths

Flashings – Installed both Aluminum and Copper

Installing roof drains with and without lead inserts.

Worked with: Sheet Metal Break, Soldering Gun, Sheet Metal Shears & Snips, various hand held drills and power saws, i.e. Jigsaw, Circular saw, Sawzall; heat Gun & Liester Gun and have operated Aerial lifts

Additional skills in Carpentry, Concrete work, Sheet metal work, Brickwork and Plumbing.
