Communicated with the start-up brand fresh to develop an understanding of current data of the training department, listed five questions on the relationships between sales and beauty advisors’ working-year, training score, selling skills, and store location.
Extracted, transformed and loaded clients’ operational data to study in depth the relationships among all the element columns.
Created charts and graphs with those data and built dashboards using Tableau to illustrate geographic, customer, and operational insights’ influence on sales.
Data Warehouse Design with Erwin Jan 2017
Designed a denormalized data mart using Kimball’s model for fresh based on its information technology architecture.
Identified five analytical business questions according to my own internship experience and answered these questions by the completed data mart (including one star schema) using dimensional modeling with SQL for query stating and result searching.
